Have been attending Tai Chi classes with Steve for three years. During the pandemic classes have been via zoom which... Have been attending Tai Chi classes with Steve for three years. During the pandemic classes have been via zoom which has been amazing. You get to meet friends, have a chat and last but not least do Tai Chi, Very worthwhile.

I have practiced tai chi with Steve mainly on a Friday evening for 5 years or so. Can highly recommend... I have practiced tai chi with Steve mainly on a Friday evening for 5 years or so. Can highly recommend Steve as a teacher, is always on hand to help. Or to keep you entertained with a joke or two. Fabulous.

Tai Chi is an excellent way to exercise without putting stress on your body. The classes are all friendly and... Tai Chi is an excellent way to exercise without putting stress on your body. The classes are all friendly and welcoming. Steve is an excellent teacher giving you step by step instruction. Come along to a class near you and see for yourself.
